Guest
I use my Baikal IZH 27EM-1C for my pigeon shooting and love it to pieces! does anyone else own one and what do you make of it?
drut
I use the older double trigger non ejector for rough shooting & cannot fault it,chrome bores, well engineered & super reliable.Although not fashionable or particularly pretty it fits me very well & I would not swap it (have owned Brownings/Berettas/Lincolns & Winchesters over the years),although these days I mostly use a Hushpower. RichPWRR
I baught an old Baikal O/U years ago from a clay club but have no idea how to find out what model it is. Any ideas? Regardless of the model, I love my Baikal (even over the 686) because it is beautifully balanced and takes all kinds of abuse. Best £50 i have ever spent. adam1
I,ve got a couple, one dtne cost me £25 the other a twin barrel set st ej cost me £100 i've no intention of replacing either or adding to them unless one gives up the ghost but they are renowned for being the Tonkas of the shotgun world so hopefuly that will be no time soon I neither know nor care what model they are Adam Edited July 21, 2010 by adam1
nobby63
Ive got the exact same gun and carnt fault it though the selective trigger is a bit naff ! so im shooting from the lower barrel first with the wider choke but im used to it now, and for the price I paid you dont mind the odd scratch while rough shooting. Guest
I'm taking mine out tomorrow for a dab at a few feeding pigeons on laid wheat! It's scratched up and slightly rusted in places but it handles well and i wouldn't replace it for anything! Look out for the pictures tomorrow evening if i make a bag! (fingers crossed) Edited August 3, 2010 by Guest
