First the webiste wont accept the 'old style' voucher, then i call them only to be told they need a manager to speak to me, as the order (£24.00) is a high value one :unsure: They wil call me straight back. I rang the office blonde back a few hours later, only to be told i needed Charlotte, not Vicky (i can see a blonde pattern forming here). Charlotte now needs to speak to Phil (who will call me back) so that they can authourise the massive payment (£4.00 as i have a voucher for the rest). Phil is having issues with 'they system', so will call me straight back. SO, this morning i decided to call them back AGAIN, to find the Phil now has to find 5 crow decoys, as after all this, they dont even have any. Its OK theough, as he will send me order to my local store for me to collect. WHERE IS MY LOCAL STORE?? about 200 ******* miles away No, send it to my house, as life will be easier and simpler for you lot then. They now want to charge me a differnent price than that on the website!!!! What a bunch of ****wits! I now have to send them the voucher, (ive already give them my card details for the rest) and then they will send the deeks out. Not a very good show, and i told the guy that. Ever time the lecturer ask what the symptons of sid illness all they kept saying was S""tarse we wet ourselves ever time.
