Technically, I own both, it's just that the psni are a little lackadaisical when it comes to paperwork

I have,

 

All my guns are steel proofed, except my .22 shotgun and I am not overly sure about my 28 bore but as I don't think steel cartridges are available for it it doesn't really matter.

Poll is abit misleading as i currently have 3 guns only 1 of which is steel proofed soon hopefully to be 2 guns one steel proof if i buy another it will be steel proof unless its for the missus who will only ever clay shoot so not so bothered. I am sure there are far more none steel proofed guns out there than steel proofed....I wonder if like Nitro proofing they will offer a steel reproof option at some time for guns that were made man enough for steel but just not proofed for it.

Sorry poll is confusing ! Perhaps I should have said

Option one both steel proofed and not steel proof guns

Option two no steel proofed guns and no gun capable of firing any kind of steel not even low pressure "normal" steel loads

Option three Only steel proofed guns

Option four 2 3/4" (not 3" which i posted oops) chamber can fire normal steel loads but not high performance loads requiring special steel proof.
