Beretta 12 b Whitewing OU

Recommended Posts

A friend of mine is giving up shooting for health reasons and has asked me to help him sell his guns. PM me if you are interested. This gun will be in my cabinet later this week so I will be able to answer any questions.

First up is his Beretta Whitewing 12bore. It is in lovely order. It's a right handed gun and he bought it new 5 or 6 years ago from Lady's Wood Shooting School in South Glos.

He says : -

Three inch magnum chambers, 28 inch, multi-choke barrels . Selective ejectors and single trigger with barrel selection. Manual safety. Nicely figured stock. A tight, well maintained and loved gun in excellent condition. Comes with; instruction manual, choke key, five choke tubes and Beretta rigid gun case.

Similar guns have sold for £750 so we'll ask for that amount. Offers invited.

Apologies for further note, but I forgot to ask in my PM this morning as to how this gun is suited to cly pigeon shooting, as gun apears to be relatively lightweight, what is the actual weight ?

Thank you.

I will weigh the gun on Wednesday when I will have it in my custody. In the meantime £500 is not enough for an as-new Beretta like this.

My pal used it very effectively on clays. It's not an Ultralight but I doubt it'd be as hefty as a 682. Will post up the weight if it has not sold by when I get it.

Thanks.

White wing dam good game gun but most reviews will say it kicks like a mule but drop to a 24 cart will help ,but with a round of 125+ clays you might find it hard going I would consider dropping the price to get rid, game season coming up and if you look around they are close to 700 from gun dealers,so if your mate wants shot, drop the price a bit ,you ain't far off the money and 500 won't buy a berretta good luck with the sale

This gun is now with me.

The LOP is 14.5". The date code is BS which is 2002. It is in excellent condition.

I put it on the kitchen scales in its three parts.

It weighs 3.2kg or just over 7 lbs.

It is not a heavy gun and balances well. It would make a perfect all rounder.

OIRO £725 ?
