Edward
Im about to put in for my fac, and now that you have to be 18 to buy ammo and the gun itself its a bit of a pain. My dad has a crappy old target rifle on his fac, if he were to sell that and get a variation for a semi auto .22 then buy semi auto .22, would I be able to have it on my ticket aswell, so the gun belongs to both of us but him being the 'main' owner?? if that makes any sense If that above dosent work, say my dad buy this .22 s/a does he have to have owned it for a certain amount of time before he can 'give/sell' it to me Thanks

Dekers
There is no problem of joint ownership of any gun as long as your regions agree and you both have it entered on your FAC/SGC as appropriate! It is not that uncommon!
Edward
OK well hes putting in for a variation, but needs a good reason to have another .22 the current one is a heavy barrel single shot target rifle with peep sights and that is down for vermin and zeroing. What would put down a .22 semi auto as?? Thanks
