killer_pigeon
hi there i have a Gold sporting clays semi and its never missed a beat in 6 years i owned it i use it for skeet, sporting clays and on the pigeons and its brill for them all the hunter model is a bit more dedicated for bird shoting but my one does fine for all with no complaints

COACH
I had one for about two years but swapped it in for an o/u but nothing wrong with it at all, good gun.
mikee
I had one in 12b 3.5" and it was a superb gun, never jammed even with light loads and was good with big bombs, only sold it to fund my .243. have still got one in 10b, equally as good as the 12b, very robust and has never given me any grief, gold hunters are well put together reliable guns that will last a life time if looked after mikee
Evil Elvis
I have one, its very reliable, cycles anything and looks seriously good!! One drawback, which at 6'2" and 19stone, i dont have a problem with...Its HEAVY!!! but the advantage of that is the recoil is almost non existant and it comes up and balances superb!! Been using mine on the pigeons for the last few weeks with a full choke on board, its behaved impecably, it cycles so fast too. The carts can be a pain to pick up as they go at least 8-10 feet!!! Im converting mine to FAC once my harests are done and out of the way.
CEREALTHRILLER
I'd recommend one I've had one for a few years and have had no problems with it. The only things I don't like about it is that it looks so long when mounted and it wont cycle 21g carts. Apart from that it's all good :(
Evil Elvis
and it wont cycle 21g carts. Mine cycles girly loads.......................
activeviii
i used mine all the time but i got fed up of the distance the cart got spat so switched to a different make. 70mm and longer carts. keep it clean, in the trigger as well and you'll be ok. hopy
i've heard you do get prob's with it if you get the auto with the 3.5" chamber, something about the bolt and chamber not being long enough for the heavy loads I had a browning gold fusion 3" chamber that used to jam alot, even with the lighter piston, used to clean it all out after evertime i shot, just one of thoughs things. maybe cheap cartridges? Thats why i went back to a O/U .Im not saying don't buy one just do a bit of research first into it, which im sure you will do.
Evil Elvis
The gold hunter and gold fusion are VASTLY different, the fusion is lightweight ...the hunter is not, it has a much more "industrial" feel about it. I say go for it!!
mikee
never had any problems with my 12b 3.5" and i threw some bombs through it, very high pressure steel loads and it handled them like a dream and would cycle trap loads as well, they are designed for heavy fowling loads so your average pigeon load is bread and butter mikee
