Hi guys, just getting a few wood pigeons with my air rifle and have eaten 3 lots of breast, and it's delicious :hmm: but I'm not sure if I should soak them for a while in salted water, like I do with rabbits. I've cooked them either the same day or the next, in an olive oil/garlic mixture with some seasoning and they tasted gorgeous, but will the taste improve if soaked and left longer?
