peejay Posted September 9, 2010 Report Share Posted September 9, 2010 local farmer moaning about the rabbits at the rear of his garage, he recons theres a load of them burrowing under the garage, so sat in the disco about 50yds to the side of it tonight, these 4 came out from round the garage and the orchard, using night vision, got them and was leaving them where they were shot. caught site of this vixen about 150yds away, watched it as it came through the orchard and sat looking at the fallen rabbits about 40 yds away.. ideal rimfire range.. Those rabbits look like they were all head shots, that's extremely good shooting and the vixen is a real added bonus. The farmer ought to be quite pleased with you, well done! The farmer ought to be quite pleased with you, well done! yes mate.. the nv is set at 40 yds and im confident enough for a head shot at the range.. obviously off the wing mirror..
