borntoshoot Posted September 24, 2010 Report Share Posted September 24, 2010 Hi guys. hopefully doing some fox shooting this coming weekend with my 12bore but at the mo the biggest cartridges i have are 30grm no6 which obviously isnt upto the job. Shooting them- free range egg farm, we know the foxes turn up every night and has a walk round the chicken sheds and fields looking for stray chickens that dont get shut in, one approaches from one side and the other approaches from opposite direction. We will sit ontop of the chicken shed if the wind isnt too strong and cold, will sit in a landrover if its very windy. so downward elivation/backstops at all times.
