browning123 Posted October 28, 2010 Report Share Posted October 28, 2010 I sent my shotgun renewal in 28th Aug - and have still not received the new certificate (renewal date 11th Nov) I phoned to enquire why the delay and was told they had not received the application! After checking I rang them back telling them the cheque had been cashed mid Sept, They then said they had now found the application and were behind due to a large workload!! Normally at home, it is to ***** you and your storage arrangements. Be honest (they will know everything, burglaries in the area, any complaints etc etc) have kettle and biccies ready and have a chat, it is their job to size you up and you wont fool them.
