Expanding Bullet Heads

A mate bught a job lot before they had to be entered on his ticket. Obviously they arent on so how does he stand legally. He was legal before when he bought them originally? Would anyone Know how to resolve the situation?

Some rfd,s dont enter heads/bullets/projectiles/etc on to fac,s.

just load them up take em to a rfd ask him to enter them on cert.

I asked a similar question to my FEO last week and he said as long as I kept a note of bullets and rounds then all was OK.

My RFD doesn`t list bullet heads on my ticket when i buy them, all i do is ask him to write a receipt out for me then put the receipt in my cabinet, they take up no room and if i do ever get checked i have it in writing.

or just enter them yourself as given and your FAC number as the authority to transfer. Simples.
