Salop Matt
I have my FAC mk1 rapid up and running now with my scope on and power set ! How ever I am getting mixed results from it accuracy wise ! What should I be looking at ? Iv only zeroed rimfire before and once a AA S410 that was BTAS regged that puts pellet on pellet ! So what should i expect at 40yards with my rapid being unregged ?

varmit
With the higher power the rapids can get very pellet fussy. Try as many pellet types as you can untill you strike gold, pellet on pellet at 40yards is acheivable. Bisley manums usualy groupe well at most power settings but you may wish to find something a bit lighter to flattern trajectory out a bit. I can get one hole groupes with bisley magnums and also logun penatrators(16grain) with the latter being much flatter. i tryed countless pellets when setting my outfit up, many wouldn't groupe under 5 inch at 40yards my rifle is running at around 36ft/lb atb Ian
kent
FAC ones need a good clean of the tube from time to time, is it FAC or 12ft lb? if FAC you need Bis mags or similar lightweight stuff only good to limited ranges then groups seem to just open up they can be pellet fussy as well as the tube needing to be cleaned then get re-leaded with the same pellets you are using
Dekers
The R7 is inherently very accurate, just as good as my Falcon which can do this, and I'm sure many can do better! Emptied the magazine into it, a £1 coin could have covered the lot, flippen 'ek that was a while ago now, 26ft lb!
