Permission to shoot

Hi, I wounder if any one could help me? I have been shooting now for a couple of months. I have spent a lot of time trying to find somwhere to get permission to shoot Pigeon, rabbit etc and i am having no luck. Does any one know how i would go about it? I live in Merseyside (North west).

You can find all the names and addresses you need from Yell.com- send a letter and then call them up- Simples

pop round your local farmers, knock on their door or catch them leaving a field, introduce yourself, have a natter and see what happens...they dont bite, well i have spoke to many and never been bit :good:

 

just be polite and insurance does help sometimes, worth mentioning, and make sure you say about being responsible around buildings, crops and livestock "i will leave everything as i found it and tiudy up EVERY empty cartridges case!"

They Dont Bite, Bloody hell! I must have spoke to 20 Farmers and they just dont want to know, HA :good:

To be honest as polite as possible. I work in social work and care services. They are just not interested, "No we have our own!"

I had one good chat with a farmer and offered to help out on his land if needed, He asked for my number, see how that goes.

Will keep trying though! :good:
