spiceychilli57
Ive decided that im fed up with the clonking of the ear defenders hitting the stock when mounting the gun to take a shot. i have tried the napier tube things that sit outside the ear which were good at noise reduction but i found they became uncomfortable and irritating after a while, not needing to take them off between stands was good. So i recon the moulded in-ear jobies are the way forward for me but there are so many companys advertising what i can see to be the same thing. can anybody recomend a company to go to or have any experiences with them? Thanks in advance for any help Spicer
COACH
The best thing I`v bought in years is a pair of the moulded in ear plugs. They are so comfortable that I have them in all day and completely forget they are in there. There`s no clanking on the stock so your mount is much better. I get people with ear muffs come for lessons including some top shots that are out of form and they are not mounting the gun correct because of the clanking on the stock. When I give them some temporary in ear little sponge ones they start nailing everything because they can now get the gun into the cheek properly giving them the correct sight picture up the rib. Guest shalfordninja
You wont use anything else after you get some, Mine were about £50.00 from a company called Plugzz. they fitted me for them at the Norfolk Game Fair 2 years ago. I stuggled to get a foam ear plug in my right ear, when i was fitted for the customer earplugs they told me my right ear canal is slightly bend and the foam plug would go all the way in. The customer one does and their all day comfy. They advertise where their going to be on their website. http://www.plugzz.co.uk/ I use them for all my day and night shooting, had them made in green for right and blue for left. You wont how you ever got by without them
