Cranfield
The few I have seen look very good, with a high quality finish and fit. I don't think they fall into the cheap and cheerful category, as they seem to hold their secondhand price quite well. You may not be able to hand it down to your Grandchildren's Grandchildren, but so what, let them buy their own guns.
Marc M
Our rifle club has one as the club shotty and apparently it's been there years and years. I used it last week as my Silver Pigeon was at home and posted my best score yet on the clays, oh dear :*) ... but then it was open choked compared to the half and quarter in the Beretta... that's the excuse anyway. All in all it seems a sturdy, well built battler which has obviously stood the test of time, punishment and mistreatment the club undoubtedly shown it over the years.
