SilentKill
Hi all, As per the title of the thread, i'm filling in one of these forms for permission to shoot a .17HMR and .22LR over the land. Ive shot airguns over then land for the last 8 or so years, and would like to use my .22lr and buy a .17HMR. My question is fairly straight forward and probably stupid, but i have filled the form in and i'm about to get it signed by the landowner, but there is the part about club authority? i assume this is not for the Land part but if i was applying to shoot over club land? and i DO NOT need to fill it it? or do i? Thanks
Lez325
NO- its just of you shoot targets at a rifle club etc for land only - just get the landowner to supply written permission and send that with the application - if you dont, no doubt they'll ask for it- they have done that to me more than once - under additional information req Les
al4x
just get the landowner to complete the top part of the form as Lez says ignore the bottom section

Well its something Herts police operate, as a kind of, we know where your shooting particular calibres etc (not sure about other forces) With an open ticket you obvioulsy dont need this as you can self certify the land you shoot!
