Piebob
Good luck with your magnet. First time I used mine it resulted in my biggest bag. Having said that, the conditions were right - windy and cloudy, the pigeons had been on the field for a few days, and there was a small flock of ferals that kept on flapping around the whole day to create a lot of activity. I shot a few to thin them out a bit then decided they might be useful for pulling in the woodies. For hours the ferals kept landing, taking off, and then coming in again. Was it the magnet or would it have been my red letter day (a mere 65 :*) ) without it? I guess I'll never really know Piebob
Catamong
Piebob, Your new toy almost certainly was responsible for your success - I know some people say they get good bags without them, but they are a definite advantage over most crops. I also usually prefer to let ferals float around over the deeks, as they will often draw woodies in from afar, and IMHO, they're not worth the price of a cartridge anyway..!! Cat.
