chrispti
Cold be a number of things, check the wires on the back of the transfer box arnt loose/ pulled out/damaged. Could be the vacuum hubs or hoses leaking? Could be the solenoids that control the vacuum hubs?
gixer1
It's supposed to flash when in 4wd isn't is? as has been Enrolled on the osf radius arm you will see the vacuum lines that go to the hubs, check these out.

Could be a number of things by the look of it, but check the points that have been mentioned already first.
