do pigeons feed on wheat shoots?

Recommended Posts

When seen on young cereals they are normally just resting or they could be gritting up . You are most likely to see them on young corn on a very windy day . They find it easier to rest on the ground rather than up a tree and being blown about . Having said that ,I have shot pigeons with young cereals in their crop.
