What would you guys recommend on a budget of £5k? My gen 3 surf is a great shooting vehicle and pretty refined to drive so I want something similar that must also look reasonably respectable when on site. al4x Posted November 24, 2010 Report Share Posted November 24, 2010 5k gets you a very good L200, my recent one was 6K but on an 05 plate full history and only 60K miles and immaculate. No issues with it so far, 5k won't buy you much in the Hilux range it will be a lot older with a lot more miles and navara wise you will be on the dodgy ones that used to throw rods through engines. TJ91 Posted November 24, 2010 Report Share Posted November 24, 2010 I have been in an isuzu pickup a few times and drove it across fields (use it for lamping with the uncle), double cab, plenty of power and very comfortable, looks smart imo and seems to be fairly good off road with the A/T tyres not got a clue what prices they are compared to others Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
