Hunter
Depends how bust the sight is? or if you can fix it? If not best bet is to bring the gun to a shop, and have them order a new peice for it, or fix it up for you.
wacker
If you go to your local gun shop they should be able to order you a new front bead. It justs screws in so you should be able to do it yourself, unless you have snapped it off flush with the top rib, in which case you'd be better off giving it to a gun smith! You could also try GMK, Beretta's importer, to source the front bead for you.

gunner
if you are bluing the gun sounds reasonable for the sight bead i would have done a truglo sight it is fantastic piece of kit and is screw on most of my guns i have changed to truglo sights and you have 4 diffrent optics to change colour from and they are wonderful early in the morn i favour mostly the amber one .
