Vermincinerator
I gently deep fried my jointed rabbit for about 25 mins and let it rest for 5 mins before eating. Although delicious it was like trying to chew flip flop. The rabbit was a young buck Any ideas of how to keep it tender please, thanks. Ian. Vermincinerator
How do you gently deep fry something for 25 minutes? I reckon 10 minutes absolute maxx Easy, you keep the oil temperature low so that the joints are barely fizzing, 25 minutes is perfect for chicken thighs so i based my timings on this. Ian.
