My springer is on 210 1/2 some people say use same whistle and other say use different can I get opinion for yourself to see what you think. WGD Posted December 15, 2010 Report Share Posted December 15, 2010 Up to you mate really, but you can play about with the tone of the 211.5 better for the lab. The 210.5 is IMO a good sharp spaniel whistle, the 211.5 lets you introduce a different tone to hold an area and has enough versatility to allow you to do that alongside other handlers using the same technique but using different whistle patterns/tones.
