hi everyone , is it worth going roost shooting when it is snowing, if so are there any tips :good: kev

Yes pigeon always have to roost. In fact with the onset of snow pigeon may decide to head for the shelter of a warm coniferous wood earlier in the day than would be normal for the season. If snow cover is total it may be worth thinking of some white winter camoflauge although in woodland this might not be so important as when decoying. Also be careful not to get snow into gun barrels.
