When did you last do a Pattern test

you could see if you can borrow an arrow laser shot this tells you if the gun is pointing where your aiming (and used by a lot of gunfitters)

Where am i likely to find one of these? Is it something a gunshop would have for loan? Thanks.

I pattern once in a while mainly to check gun mount and aim not the same as a moving target but it us helpful IMHO I found i was shooting low

I know its not the same as a moving target but once you have your mount sorted and hitting the middle of the Pattern plate you know you are shooting where you are looking. Not on about putting gun in shoulder and aiming you have to put the gun in position and pull the trigger. If you are shooting where you are looking you know the gun fits and then its just a case of getting your lead right on moving targets.
