You mean libel? And that is only the case where something untrue is published. Given that I only included what the seller himself wrote that is hardly libelous. I studied civil law before I joined the police and can say, hand on heart that PW are in no way in any danger from this clown.

 

I get the picture here that this seller has threatened PW and the PW moderator has obscured the name. It's rather funny that given his correspondance which I'm sure that most will see as lying bluster, I'm now determined to hold this guy to account whereas when I originally contated him I was merely interested in him describing the goods correctly.

 

I have done a bit of digging and it seems laddo might be running an unregistered business. I certainly can't find any business registered to his name or home address, and given his economy with the truth about this matter I reckon he may well be just as economical with the truth about his tax returns. Watch this space

if something I purchased broke or was damaged, within its stated limits of use, I'd shout about it from the highest rooftop to warn other people. Good on ya UKPoacher . I was going to get some more poles but looking at these horse stake thingys they look like a better, cheaper option.

And with all due respect, we haven't heard his side of the story other than what you have posted, cranners seems to have half of another story which you claim to be untrue (and I don't doubt you) but to be fair there are a good few threads on the forum about this bloke so maybe your excellent digging powers (search for decoying and then scroll to all the locked topics, they are all about him) could have been put to use beforehand and saved the grief.

I can assure you that we do not respond to threats and the Sellers name was not obscured for that reason.
