For rifles:

stocks, grips, triggers, sights, scopes, etc are no problem legally to export. Some dealers don't know all of the ins and outs of exporting firearm bits so some may not do it and quote various regs. However those parts are totally fine under the federal export laws.

Actions and barrels are regulated and will need an export permit and have to go through your RFD on this end.

For shotguns, I'm not entirely sure about the barrels. It is a different set of regulations in the US. Rifles are US DOJ, shotguns are department of commerce. Both types of actions will also come under ATF regs for purchasing.

Thanks

Rick
