Cranfield
It looks as though you are going to have to get a portable high seat. My friends in the US that shoot "Public Reserves" (you have to get a permit) use them, as there are no permanent seats, or stands provided. dunganick
me and my dad went to look at a piece of stalking land being offered to us (as part of the syndicate) they have 9 high seats in the area, however the 280 acres is treated like a park, and vandalism had been a bit of a problem they have pretty much over come it now. most of the high seats are very substantial things, requiring at least 2 people to put them up and are secured with lots of rope to the tree's. the ladders on them also adhire to the ladder act, so have wire reinforcement behind the runs, which means when the anti's kick the bottom runs and occasionally manage to break one they get a nasty supprise which i suspect is quite painful. unfortunatly anti's will never go away, and the only way this syndicate could overcome the problems is by over enginering the high seats to the extreme. hope your anti's are dealt with
