game_keeper
Ive recently purchased a winchester super grade 12g fixed choke o/u, should it say on the barrels what the fixed chokes are? if so how would it be marked? if that makes sense! Many thanks. Rob. Edited March 7, 2006 by game_keeper
Lord Geordie
Buy a cheap choke guage and slide it in the barrel from the muzzle (gun unloaded of course) :yp: The choke guage will tell you what the chokes are Lord Geordie

Hodmedod.one
Why don't you take the giun into your local gunshop and ask them to measure the choking on your barrels? I have never heard of anyone charging to do this. It will also be cheaper and more accurate than using a brass gauge
