Lord Geordie
My Buddy asked for a lift to Richmond the other day to pick up a gun he wanted to buy. OK i said and off we went. We went to Gilsan Sports in the Market square a deceiving shop as it looks TINY on the outside but when you step in it's like the Tardis Anyway the Gun he wanted to Buy was a Mossberg. Here was me thinking a nice bright shiney new mossberg but HERE is what he got A Mossberg 195K 3 shot bolt action shotgun circa 1960 And the COST? Well it probably cost more in petrol to get there than the Gun. It cost £25 We stripped it down and reblued it and re-oiled the stock and NOW it's looking great. I will ask him for a piccy of it as it is now and post it at a later date but the pics here are as it was when bought. Off to try it out tomorrow at the local clay ground Should be interesting as the Choke system is a screw on cap. The more you screw it on the tighter the choke becomes Will let you know how it shoots and what it's like tomorrow evening when i return Lord Geordie
rarms
Make sure the mag is welded in place other wise it is FAC not SGC. This was a problem I found when I was looking at a bolt action shotty.
