shakin stevens Posted March 8, 2011 Report Share Posted March 8, 2011 set up yesterday just after 6am shot up at 11.30am no more came near, just been grazing a headland on a field never seen any on the field in the afternoons looks like first light as stated is the best on some land. sitsinhedges Posted March 9, 2011 Author Report Share Posted March 9, 2011 Well I was set up for 6.45am, expecting a dead day to be honest, but was quite surprised to see a fair stream of pigeons for about an hour or so, then it tailed off to nothing but I was happy to pick up a dozen birds for a box of cartridges, my homeload 32g 6s.
