Salop Matt
We bought the Mrs a 20 year old 686 12g at the weekend and were both really happy with it. It has its odd little dink here and there but nothing major, quite tidy for its age really, the blueing on the barrels is fine but the gold on the trigger appears to of worn off a bit. So I was thinking it would be nice to get the trigger refinished / replated. Is this even possible for a gun smith or is there an alternitive or does it just have to remain like that ? Gordon R
Just looked at a few - trigger appears to be fixed. Will you be taking the trigger out yourself? If you are, PM me - I can point you in the direction of someone who does this. Edited March 11, 2011 by Gordon R
