For example its not worth waiting around lets say 1 hour before dark or you need to be in place 3 hrs before sunset or you keep going until you cant see anymore? dougall Posted March 30, 2011 Report Share Posted March 30, 2011 ok less sarcastic version,usually worth getting in situ @ 2 hours before dusk and I keep going until they stop using that bit of wood or it is within 20 minutes of too dark to pick up/make my way home whilst able to see.Pigeons normally come into the bigger sitty trees at this time of year,have a bit of a coo/digest grub then drop lower down to bushes/evergreen/ivy cover for their kip.Find a couple of likely sitty trees and get comfy @ 5pm ish.
