Here you all goo, the secret is out for the best apple crumble.

 

For apples:

 

8 - 10 normal apples - peeled and sliced at about 1 - 2 cm. Heat in a pan with cinnamon and a table spoon of water for 10 mins till slightly soft. Mash half of the apples and mix with the sliced. Place in a deep dish bowl..

 

For topping:

 

12oz of Plain flour, 5oz of sugar, 6oz of butter. Mix together until like bread crumbs.

 

Place apples in the dish followed by the topping and put in pre-heated oven at about 170 d.c for 25 mins (fan assisted that is so you may need to add more time) ish maybe slightly longer until crispy/light brown on top. Serve with double cream.
