NorfolkPoacher
I have been curious about the higher mag IOR scopes for a while now. I'm just after feed back from owners/users. How do they perform in the field or under the lamp?? Clarity? Compared to zeiss, s&b, swarovski, NF, leup etc etc if they are as good as border barrels say then I may treat myself. Cheers. buck52
I have the IOR 4-14X50 ill Its as good optically as my Swarovski 3-12X50 & my S & B. As for the illuminated reticle its a gimmick and as much a waste of time as most ill rets, if the MP8 reticle just lit up the centre dot it would in my opinion be an awesome lamping scope. seeker
there's a technical discussion on IOR running in the optics section of ukvarminting ....
cleaner4hire
excellent optics, good reticle (mp8), reliable repeatable turrets and built to last. Bit heavy though and ugly as sin
NorfolkPoacher
Cheers guys. I may well get myself one. At nearly half the price of Illuminated s&b, zeiss and swarovski they do look tempting. Mine will be used for lamping so if it's that ugly I can hide it in the shadows!
