Ackley
Guys I need help, I've done the unthinkable to a mates gun. I've dropped the forend of the gun and its split and to be fair scrap. Has anyone any idea where I can get him a new one? Repair is not an option as a piece is missing and basically I would'nt be happy with a repaired gun. Ive told him if I cant make it as good as new I'll give him what he paid for it. Please have a good think about it, I don't even know who the main importer is? Iam not sure if you know but if your a member of BASC your mate will be able to cliaim from your insurance with them

sage 100
Dave - there are various options which would put the matter right. On a different slant - can I say I admire the way you have not tried to evade what has happened and faced up to putting it right. It sounds just like the person you are, but in this day and age, some would be seeking to absolve themselves from blame or trying to wheedle out of it. Well done. :good: Nice words Gordon a big +1 from me.

Cosd
Feel for you mate! Reminds me a little when my brother in law talked me into taking his wife's brand new Range Rover to collect my parents and my two girls from the airport. I declined as the car was three days old but he insisted I shouldn't be stupid and take it. You can guess the rest :o Standing still in traffic on the M25 (as you do) and this dopey girl decides to plough into the back of me Good luck with your mission, I'm sure you will get there at the end.......
