docholiday
A lot on here dont like them, I have just bought 6 for £30 and use them with a few full bodies, they seem to work ok for me, but I have only just started on the crow shooting, I am sure others with more experience will let you know

PhilR
I've recently bought six FUDs. I've removed the heavy metal stakes and replaced them with bike spokes, I use bamboo sticks about 12" long pushed into the ground and insert the spoke into the top of the stick and this gives the FUD some movement. I haven't shot big bags with them, the best being 13 but I live in hope it'll come soon There are two things that I wonder whether might put corvids off and that's the colour as they're blue rather than black and the clear plastic rivets holding the two halves of the body together can reflect the light if the sun catches them. Prior to buying the FUDs I used my friend's outsize full bodied flock decoys he got from Cabela in the USA, they look totally realistic and I'm considering whether to buy some as they've got a sale on at the moment.
