Great for any meat, it literally just falls off the bone. I find it very good to on pheasant legs, where the meat can be scraped off leaving all the splintery bones behind. Had slowly slow cooked pork belly the other day and then chicken leg confit the next!! Brilliant cos it means that you don't have to watch it constantly!
