I defy anyone to get to the bottom of this. If Kev is right, I have sympathy with him.

When you read through the posts, you get a small impression of the job that the Police had on their hands. It is hard to get one factual version without posts veering off at a tangent, with wild allegations. Jumping to conclusions has reached Olympic sport levels.

It might have been harsh, but the Police err on the side of caution when considering licences - quite rightly. From reading the posts and the James Marchington items, it looks easier to withdraw the licence rather than grant it.
