Gordon R
In my quest to own all the planet's tools, I picked this up at the weekend, but haven't a clue what it is. It was just too cheap to walk past. It is a snap on socket with a section missing. It has not been cut out, but manufactured this way. The socket walls are double the normal thickness. It has the reference Snap On FD 180 9/16. I have checked the Snap On site - nothing listed. Your help would be appreciated.

Gordon R
Why? Did I buy it or what use is it? 1970-1995 part. Looks about as much use as a chocolate fireguard at the moment. Edited July 4, 2011 by Gordon R
