stace1g
so went to a locaL field today that i noticed had some pigeon and crow action. (not a lot! things have been very quiet around here). Decided to set up and have a go. Managed 8 in two hours for 15 shots with the .410. Bird coming in slowly all the time but had to pick my shots to drop the birds in the tram lines. Lost two which went into the standing crop. Had to stop as the rain started and I had no wet weather gear. so not a massive bag but enjoyable non the less. It was good to be out there. Zaiyn
That is proof once more that bag size isn't necessarily relevant to levels of enjoyment. I'm glad you had fun. Regards Z.
shinybum
Some times its more about enjoyment than big numbers, nice to see you using a .
stace1g
yeah thanks it was a good couple of hours. Had to use the .410 (hushpower)due to the proximity to local houses. i dont necessariy need big numbers anyway (would be nice once in a while!) as i would then have to start looking for an outlet due to limited freezer space!
