highdowns hunter Posted May 20, 2003 Report Share Posted May 20, 2003 For the last 4 days I have been attacked by a thrush which has a nest in my next door neighbours garden It waits until i walk out of my drive and then flies straight for me Other people get past it with out a murmer from the little pest I have even tried walking away from the footpath when i get to its nest area but it still has a go when i reach my gate It sends shivers down my spine everytime i see it Anyone else had a problem like this :ph34r: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

brooktrout Posted May 20, 2003 Report Share Posted May 20, 2003 Its the robins that Ive found to be nasty little *******, Ive had them attack me on numerous occasions in the nesting period when the nest is approached. Thinking back to my nesting days {before my corn circle days}, I always remember the thrushes used to sit tight to the nest until I almost touched them, really placid birds normally, but there we are, even YP gets rattled on occasion.
