sg1
Just wondering if any Sussex members go to Mill Farm on the 1st Sunday of each month? I've been going for about a year now and it offers a mixture of English Sporting targets from novice to advanced set in a few acres of countryside farmland and everyone is always made to feel welcome atvb sg1

sg1
Hi - where is Lurgashall? I go to the Mill Farm shoot at Pevensey which is on each fortnight. They have a website here , they also sell their own farm reared pork sausages, Lamb joints , eggs. They also have hotdogs (BBQ) on the shoot days but unless you're really hungry then don't buy and save yourself £3.00!! - they're nice - but they aint £3.00 nice!! I've enjoyed going to mill farm every month and IMO it's the best way to spoil a good walk atvb sg1

As when i used to go there there wouldn't allow you to book in until 10 o'clock (i think) rather than let you book in earlier then head to a stand a start shooting at 10. The Blackdown shoots at Northchapel and Didling are well worth a visit too.
sg1
I understand the place has probably changed hands since my last visit(Andrew and Jenny Loughan), have they sorted the queuing to book in?(The queues can be quite 'loooonnng' on a sunny day still) As when i used to go there there wouldn't allow you to book in until 10 o'clock (i think) rather than let you book in earlier then head to a stand a start shooting at 10.(That's probably more to do with the annoying nextdoor neighbour who keeps complaining of noise, I mean fancy moving to a countryside home next to a working farm and not willing to put up with Baa's,Cockadoodledoo's and grunting pigs as well as the sound of guns going bang!!!) The Blackdown shoots at Northchapel and Didling are well worth a visit too. Still a nice shoot though and thanks for the heads up on Northchapel and Didling atvb sg1
