twitchynik
You could maybe take a can of Holt's matt black to one of Hawkeye's floaters or try these : http://www.ukshootwarehouse.com/shop/PIGEON+DECOYING+EQUIPMENT/Crow+Decoys.htm?osCsid=2bj60u0l4nrkf89f23aiuimam5 The pigeon versions both as floaters and on a magnet are great. malkiserow
Why not put your first shot crow, of the day, on a floater?
steve_b_wales
I wait until I get my first shot one, and then use that. Another thing I do is keep a few dead ones in my freezer (in my shed) and thaw them out to use as decoys. I replace these with freshly shot ones.
