My wife is coming round to the idea of letting me have a. Cocker, however I need sone help!

She wants to see one in the flesh in someone's home to see how they are, how they can be when trained etc

Does anyone have one in Dorset, Salisbury, Somerset area? That would be willing to help out?

Thanks

Adam

i was a little worried about getting one after all the dog owners i know had said that cockers are loopy. i need have not worried. they are spot one.

they feed off you and the other people in the house, if your bouncing off the walls, shouting, kids running around screaming and shouting then they will do the same. if you keep a calm household the the cocker will fit in to this style.

i have a 3 year old and a 16 month. the young one is loopy loo but has calmed down in the house. when out and about they have a high drive and work hard. the older one will do a 200 pigeon day and still want more.

they respond well to how you want then to behave, if your calm then no worries
