Ghostrider1979
Alrite gents, Well after my last post I went out this weekend just gone on a lamping trip. I noticed it's extremely hard in the dark trying to shoot bunnys because they tend to scatter after about five seconds being lit like a Christmas tree lol in the dark. It was a good night and we went out for six hours but unfortunately we didn't bag a thing. Lol The following morning we went out at 9am and to are normal place where we go and I begged myself two bunnys and five woodys. Took another six hours but we got somewhere only thing was though we couldn't take home and cook bugsy and his partner as they had mixi. I'm hoping someone on here can tell me how I would bracket a night vision monocular to a hawke scope as I can't afford a dedicated night vision scope. I know it can be done but with what monocular and do I have to make scope mounts or can I buy them also what effect so they have???
eccles
Hi Dean try lamping with a red filter on your lamp.If im out after rabbit with airrifle i only use a small lamp and filter.Does not spook them as much. As to NV add on a merlin with DSA is good Goggle up Thomasjacks.co.uk Got loads of NV on it Terry
