ziplex
I was dragged shopping yesterday with the mrs where a good size pack of sprats caught my eye, for the princeley sum of £0.61p! Never had 'em before.......shame really as they're damn good just tossed in seasoned flour then shallow fried I ended up eating the lot with a slice of bread and butter bar one each for the mutts, the mrs said 'oooer, no I can't......what the head as well?....no, you have 'em' Will be looking out for these now

Spaniel
As a kid I use to buy these up the fishmongers use to love just frying them in the pan and like you said eating them with some bread and butter...looked at them a few times down at ASDA but I only tend to buy the smoked cod down there, but have you seen the price of plaice......
