super sharp shooter
I have just got off the phone to the farmer of a new permission and I am going to meet him later today(sounds like a nice guy). Is there anything I should be asking him apart from where the boundaries are.
handy4454
The farmer should be able to provide you with a boundary map that will make life easier but the two most important questions Scott are where is the nearest pub and how many daughters did you say you had? Do your best and have fun atb handy
M.I.A
Ask him what is ok to shoot and what isnt. Where there are public footpaths / bridle ways etc I got a new permission yesterday, and i am picking up a map soon so ask if they have one they can give you Is it local to you, your new permission
super sharp shooter
Yep its about 20 miles away. I have printed off a google map for him to out line the boundaries. I think he said it was about 600 acres with 3 small woods. looks like a nice piece of land to shoot over

Ask if he has time to show you round and mark any areas he has problems with i,e rabbits Get a signed permission form to say what you can and cant shoot and what calibre. Ask if he wants to be notified that you are there. Any other shooters what does he like to drink or chocs erm thats it for now as cant think of any more at the moment
