arjimlad
It's interesting how us chaps feel we must be strong for the wife but - watch out - it hurts us too, and we need to be strong enough to admit it & get help if we are to be of any use to our loved ones. reddan
Sorry to hear your news. Loads of good posts already, you should both try SANDS, they helped me and my wife no end. They have phone, face to face or forum support. The forum is very good with a locked down section for mums and the same for dads so you can talk to other blokes who are feeling the same etc. SANDS Dan
flutterbyfran
Can't add much else to the lovely supportive posts above - but I am so sorry for your loss. It is a terrible thing to lose a child - we lost one at around the same sort of time, but did go on to have 2 healthy girls. I would second arjimlad's post above - it's important to make sure that each of you have time and space to deal with your own feelings as well as being there for each other. ziplex
Many years ago my sister-in-law lost two at term, beggars belief doesn't it?.....on both occasions the placenta broke down. Needless to say it was a tough time for all involved but they persisited and now have three grown up children. Quite how they coped I don't know but with support (and perseverence) all came good Keep your chin up digger.........
