Hmmm, 50 views and no replies! ok, i'll chip in.

Can't speak specifically of the Elite but i do own a 26 year old Lincoln No2, it was bought new in 1985 by my father-in-law, he's a game keeper, so it's had a hard life and has been faultless since the day he purchased it.

He bought the gun as a working gun and has been seriously impressed by it's quality and reliability, more so than his beloved AYA No2 which is newer, far more expensive, used less, and recently had to have the locking mechanism repaired to cure a 'headache'

In short, i rate Lincolns, read lots of good things about them, and mines lived up to the reputation.

Heard a few negatives on Lincolns at the clayground. but a good shooting friend of myne has an old Lincoln which is faultless. It was well used before he got it and he has put thousands of shots through it. No problems what so ever.

Can't comment on the model you are asking about though.

Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone could give me any feed back on the Lincoln Elite 12 bore. I shoot a Bettinsoli at the moment and have started getting a few problems with it and was thinking of buying an Elite.

Thank You

Brian.

If the problems you getting with the bettinsoli are miss fires its common its most proberbly the rebound springs, easy fix any good gunsmith can sort it.
